Why Steddi Exists
Built by someone who's been stuck in the business too.
I started my career as a Strength and Conditioning coach to professional rugby players and private clients. As that business grew, so did the admin. Calendars, follow-ups and client information ended up scattered across different places or living in my head.
Later, I built a software company and ran into the same problem on a much bigger scale. I wore every hat, spent too much time firefighting and found myself deep in delivery because the systems weren't good enough to trust the business without me.
So I changed the order. I built the systems before trying to scale.
That business went on to generate a 200-person waitlist, 500+ leads, 100+ booked calls and thousands in trial revenue.
Eventually I realised building those systems was the part I actually loved.
That's why I started Steddi.
